Mobility-If you have access to the internet, Google Slides makes it possible to give presentations from anywhere in the world. It is an excellent option for impromptu presenters and remote groups collaborating on a single slide show.
With access to the internet becoming increasing available to students and educators, this feature is highly beneficial. Once the app is downloaded on a device one can indeed access Google Slides presentations. As educators we continue to adapt to the new normal of asynchronous and synchronous learning, which at times dictates that we respond to and at times collaborate with others in non-traditional settings. It also allows for the educator to produce content in real time outside of the official hours of schooling.
Personally, it rates highly for me as I am constantly thinking about how I can update and create new content which would be meaningfully engaging and culturally relevant.
When such novel ideas are birthed it is most convenient to be able to note them in such an application, starting the process of creating impactful content.

Do such features factor highly when you evaluate productivity software?
Such features are certainly taken into consideration, especially in this fast paced world that we live in. This software allows me to stay connected even when I am not connected to the internet. The work offline feature is an asset to me as I can continue to work on any project and save it, then complete it when I am next connected.
ReplyDeleteMobility is one of the aspects I love about google slides. I can work in real time any where in the world once I have an internet connection. It helps me to keep up to date with my students' progress. I can even prepare and set homework at any time whether dat or night...
